Your friendly neighborhood Vorkosigan geek is here to help. The first is chronological.
Mageborn (The Mageborn Saga Book 1)
The second is the order I read them in, which is basically chronological with a few tweaks and is the order I recommend for first-time Vorkosigan readers. I do not recommend reading the Vorkosigan Saga in publication order; it just makes no sense. Bujold herself recommends reading the books in internal chronological order. Nevertheless, if you are interested in the publication order, you can find it here. I read the first twelve Miles books in ; at the time, A Civil Campaign was the end of the series. After I gobbled down all the Miles books available, I switched to reading the new ones as soon as they came out.
If you have an ereader you can get it really cheaply on Kindle or Nook, but if you need a print copy, Amazon. Sorry, maybe someday they'll be in bookstores!
That's the dream! WOW David, this looks like a really good novel.
Congratulations on the release and I hope all goes well for you I might give it a read Okay, so I read and loved Angel Evolution. It was excellent. I absolutely adored it! I will be putting up a review either tonight or tomorrow. I just wanted to let you know in advance that it was literally one of the best books I have ever read. Oh wow! Thank you so much Maria, when I read your comment I got butterflies in my stomach.
Your kind words mean so much to me : I can't wait for you to read the sequel!! The Moon Dwellers recently started getting compared to The Hunger Games and Divergent and has been added to some really cool Goodreads lists.
Wormworld Saga Vol. 1: The Journey Begins
For anyone who has read and enjoyed it, I would really appreciate a few votes on some of my favorite lists some of which The Moon Dwellers is ranked number 1! Thanks so much to all the support from my readers!! I've just finished The Moon Dwellers and it is by far one of my favourite books I've ever read. I loved the character development throughout the book and I especially loved how everything was not expected. I love Tristan and Roc and their friendly banter as it always made me laugh. I am also looking forward to reading The Earth Dwellers as well as your other sagas!
Thank you so much Sammy, your message put a big smile on my face!! Enjoy the rest of the series and the sister series, which starts with Fire Country : Keep in touch! I'm glad it did!
Heliopause: The Questrison Saga: Book One - J. Dianne Dotson
I've just finished The Star Dwellers and it certainly was amazing. I love the gripping story line and I definitely will enjoy the rest of the series and the sister series! It was a truly fantastic read, and I just bought the second novel! I also love the banter between Roc and Tristan ha-ha.
- Subversive Intent: Gender, Politics, and the Avant-Garde;
- Electric Pathways of the Heart?
- The Furyck Saga (Books 1 – 3).
- TRADITIONAL VS. CONTEMPORARY BOLLYWOOD FILMS.
I was so devastated when Cole died! But at the same time I liked that because it put an unexpected twist in the novels, and didn't give the the end of the book such a "happy ending", which I actually thought was really good. I love Adele's little sister! All in all I really just loved the book! I think I read it in about 2 days : Thanks : Liv.
I'm so glad you enjoyed The Moon Dwellers and I really appreciate you taking the time to stop by and post this : I really hope you enjoy the rest of the series and thanks for all the support, my friend!! Happy reading :. I am already half way through the Star Dwellers! So excited to find out what will happen!!!! The link below is the link to the first book of a series that my brother wrote : It would be wicked if you could have a quick look and tell us what you think!
Awesome, thanks!! Well, it means so much to me that you'd take the time to tell me you're enjoying my books : Wow! Tell your brother congrats on his first book! And also let him know that I think the cover is amazing--I'm so impressed that he designed it himself! It looks really good and I wish him all the best with it :. LOVE the books! I can't help but think of what part of the US they're in under though.
Any thoughts? Thanks so much Amanda!!

I'm so glad you're enjoying The Dwellers Saga : I didn't have any specific area in mind, mostly because I set the book so far in the future and after a catastrophic natural disaster, but as you proceed through the series, particularly into the sister series, The Country Saga, you'll get much more of a feel for the setting and how the world has changed : Sorry I don't have a concrete answer for you, but thanks so much for your kind words, support and question, and I hope you enjoy the rest of the Dwellers and Country Sagas!!
Reading just the small previews here and on Amazon, I think I'm going to really like them : Thanks! Hi Heather! Thank you so much for your message and support! Great question! Thanks again and I hope you enjoy the series! Thanks for that! I got the spanish version of the book, unfortunatelly is full with typos, bad translations and even wrong sentence word order construction. In some parts it looks like somebody used google translator or similar, remade sentences afterwards with typos and review was not existing. I love the spanish language I think I am quite good at it ;- and believe me, it hurt.
It is easy to see that this is nothing to do with the quality of the original book, thanks to the descriptions, the story, the way to present the characters etc. So I bought also the english version. Dont care really about the money but I think that such a publication doesnt help you and your good work. In my opinion a better translation should be considered for this book and the rest of the saga. Also from my side, English isn't my first language, so please excuse any mistakes. Hi Ele! It's so good to hear from you and I really appreciate you stopping by and expressing your enjoyment of The Moon Dwellers, I hope you enjoy the rest of the series!
Would you mind sending me an e-mail to davidestesbooks gmail. I'd love to talk to you more, and pass your feedback on to my Spanish translator, who I've entrusted with the Spanish version as I do not speak Spanish. I would also like to give you a small gift to make up for the bad experience you had with that version.
Thanks again! I just listed to the dwellers on audio from Audible. Hi Mark, thanks very much for your support and I'm so glad you enjoyed the first three books of the Dwellers Saga. They do not yet have a timetable for release, but Fire Country will most likely be released this summer. Thanks for listening!
I downloaded Audible on a whim and picked the Moon Dwellers as my free book. Oh my gosh! I absolutely loved it! I would sit it my car on my breaks at work just to listen to it. I than purchased the entire series on my Nook and finished it as soon as I could! I was so attached to the characters that it took me a few days to pick up Fire Country, but instantly loved it! I am currently reading Ice Country and I anticipate loving it just as much as the others. I have absolutely loved every single book and look forward to reading all that you currently have out. Thank you for giving us such great stories!
Thanks SO MUCH AnnaLeigh, both for your kind words and support, it means the world to me and my family : My audiobook publisher just sent me the unpublished audiofiles for the entire Country Saga and I'm listening to them now, they are AWESOME, the narrators did a fantastic job : One question: would you be interested in receiving some signed bookmarks?
